Return Policy

You, our customers, are very important to us and we continually strive to bring innovative merchandise with the exceptionally high quality you have come to expect from us.

Touchstone Return Policy:

Returns are accepted for new, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund on merchandise; shipping and handling charges excluded.

If merchandise is damaged during the shipping process, please click here to contact us directly within 10 business days of order delivery for replacement of damaged goods.

To initiate a return, please visit the Customer Service page and fill out the Contact Us form with the following information.

  1. The order number 
  2. The item number(s) and size(s), if applicable
  3. The product name of the product(s)
  4. The reason for your return

A ticket will be created upon submission of the Contact Us form and a customer service agent will follow up with you shortly to remedy the situation. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided. Please keep this number for your records to track return.

Touchstone Exchange Policy:

In order to keep your payment information secure, all Exchanges are processed as Returns. Touchstone does not store any credit card information

Upon receipt of returned goods, a full refund of merchandise on the original method of payment or a merchandise store credit, excluding shipping and handling charges, will be added to your account. A new order can then be placed online by the customer.
